How to get to Tarragona (Spain)

From Barcelona Airport:

Located just 80 kilometres away from Tarragona, Barcelona Airport (http://www.aena-aeropuertos.es/csee/Satellite/Aeropuerto-Barcelona/es/Barcelona-El-Prat.html) offers several national, international and transatlantic flights and connections daily. To reach Tarragona from Barcelona Airport there are several options:

From the Reus Airport:

Located just 13 kilometres outside the Tarragona city centre, the Reus Airport (http://www.aena-aeropuertos.es/csee/Satellite/Aeropuerto-Reus/en/Reus.html) has several connections with national and international airports, such as Bristol, Birmingham, Düsseldorf, Glasgow, London, Palma de Mallorca and Brussels. Most of them are offered by the low-cost companes. It is easy to reach Tarragona from the Reus Airport by bus. There is a line that covers the route between Reus (Parc Sant Jordi), the airport and the Tarragona city centre. Schedules are available at the webpage of the bus company "Hispano Igualadina" (http://www.igualadina.com). The journey takes 10 minutes to the Tarragona bus station (located at the city centre, 1 minute walking distance from the Hotel Ciutat de Tarragona and Hotel AC) and costs around 2-3€. Another option is taking a taxi, much more expensive than the bus (around 33€).
